The regulation not only adapts EU legislation to the new climate protection challenges, but also introduces significant changes to the regulations governing the management of emissions of these gases. It amends Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 and repeals the previous Regulation (EU) No 517\/2014.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d2886f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d2886f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFluorinated greenhouse gases, including hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and nitrogen trifluoride (NF\u2083), among others, play a significant role in climate change due to their high global warming potential (GWP). Their emissions, although relatively small compared to other greenhouse gases, have an extremely strong impact on global warming.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
